Alessandro M. Lerro is an Italian lawyer and international expert in alternative finance, with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of innovation, technology, and business creation. He is the Managing Partner of Avvocati.net and Lerro&Partners, and has advised startups, SMEs, and high-tech companies across sectors including IT, biotech, healthcare, and media.

Recognized as one of the leading legal experts in crowdfunding and fintech, Alessandro has received international awards such as the Crowdfundie Award (USA) and has played a key role in shaping the European alternative finance ecosystem. He serves as President of the Italian Equity Crowdfunding Association and Chair of the Scientific Committee at AssoFintech, while collaborating with institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Politecnico di Milano.
