STARTUPS MENTORING
During October 2025, a series of mentoring sessions for Deep Tech startups haven taken place in order to support the growth of deep-tech startups by providing tailored guidance, expert training, and strategic networking opportunities.
This online mentoring program has been structured in three one-hour sessions, and counted on the participation of Mr. Augusto Coppola, a highly regarded business mentor within the Italian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This session focus on how to use data and metrics to forecast B2B sales.
An introduction to the functioning and decision-making processes of venture capital funds.

TRAINER
Augusto is the Managing Partner of Cloud Accelerator, an investment vehicle supporting early-stage software startups with differentiating technologies in AI, Cybersecurity, and Big Data. He is also the Director of the Future Founders Program, a Bocconi University initiative for aspiring entrepreneurs, and advisor for Entopan Innovation, UPTECH partner. In addition, he acts as a venture partner for investment funds, and as a consultant, advisor, and trainer on topics such as open innovation, venture capital, lean processes, and entrepreneurial mindset.
With over 28 years of experience – as a startup founder and later in venture capital – Augusto has helped designing multiple incubation, acceleration, and open innovation program, taught Digital Entrepreneurship at two universities, invested in over 100 startups, supported more than 1,000 teams, and delivered over 400 talks on innovation, entrepreneurship, and corporate culture.

GoBraille is a startup that developed a cane that uses computer vision to understand the world around, which is then reinterpreted in text form to a braille display embedded on the handle of the cane.

Trident is a Luxembourg-based startup helping organizations adopt sustainable and socially responsible innovations, ensuring practices align with environmental and social standards.
VAI SciTech
VAI SciTech Ltd is a UK startup specializing in AI solutions for business, research, and digital forensics, offering services like automation, predictive analytics, computer vision, and forensic data analysis.
Traken
Traken Tech is a Serbian clean-tech startup using blockchain to secure energy data, enable smart contracts, and manage identities, while exploring privacy-focused methods like zero-knowledge rollups.
UptoEarth
UptoEarth develops technology solutions using satellite observation and data analysis to promote sustainable farming practices. Their tools, such as the Climate Smart Agriculture Simulator and CO2 Land Viewer, help farmers optimize carbon capture and improve soil health.
